the exact value of PI is the ratio of a circle's circumference to its radius. Cannot be shown by numerical values exactly, numericaly only it's approximate valu can be shown up to certain decimal points. e.g. 3.141593 when 6 decimal points ar needed.

There is no "exact" value of π. π is not only an irrational number, but
is also transcendental, which means that it cannot be the root
of any algebraic equation with integer coefficients.
No matter how many decimal places we write, it
is only an approximation to π.
To quote the famous Spock (from Star Trek)
"Pi is a transcendental figure without resolution".

The value of PIE is literally a range of continuous, non-terminating, unending, irrational patterns of decimals, which is merely 3.1415926535897932384626433832795502884197......... The true answer to the value of PIE is quite indeterminate because as an irrational number, PIE has no terminating or finite sequence but rather that of infinitude.
